I'm not really sure... It IS good and phenomenal, don't get me wrong. But we've had similar kind of performance last year (SloMo) and usually people are less inclined to vote for similar type of performance for two years in a row. Kinda like how dance-heavy performance aftrr Eleni's Fuego gets lower score. :/

@@NERDY_Rick 1. Stop pretending Chanel or Eleni invented dance breaks or choreographies for Eurovision... 2. Unicorn, Slomo and Fuego are COMPLETELY different songs. They represent totally different cultures and they are opposite to each other. 3. This year there are much better songs than last year, this song is MADE for the Eurovision stage, it's a strategy. There are some songs in this competition that sound worse live, it's not the case here and you'll see. :D

Our U.k entry lovely Mae Muller wasn’t feeling well when she performed at the Barcelona Eurovision Party earlier this week. She did a great job considering she wasn’t well. But was still getting negative comments on KZbin saying she sounded terrible. I love how you repeatedly predicted exactly what was gonna happen right before it did. The K-pop influences definitely carry throughout the song - fusing different styles together, tempo changes and then of course the dance break at the end is PURE k-pop. Listen to “Kill this Love” by Blackpink and then watch the dance break again - though someone said the music underneath it is sampling Hatikvah, which is the Israeli national anthem.

To some of your questions - She's on the ceiling to show that "she's on another level" which the whole song is about, to stand out like a unicorn (which is also it's power I guess, it stands out)... Also after "fenomenal" she says "feminine al" where "al" (על) in Hebrew is like "super" (like "super hero" in hebrew would be "gibor al" => "גיבור על") so essentially she says "super feminine" in a way that rhymes. Also - she's actually inspired by literally all of the other artists you mentioned.

I had concerns with this one but having done some hunting for live performances by her for other songs (and without lots of playback), she definitely sounds like she can carry this song live and has the skills to dance really well - maybe not Chanel well BUT Chanel is Chanel. I think it will qualify and I think, placement depending, could steal points away from us in the UK. I like our song but two upbeat, brunette pop girls performing too close together will end with people using them to compare.

Georgina really knows she can't be fooled by fake vocals, lol. In this song, Noa's voice is barely edited, so this means she DOESN'T need any efects on her voice. This is one of the best produced songs of this year (if not the best for me), it has that international potential you don't see very often in Eurovision. Can't wait for all those people who have no idea who she is to actually hear her live, she's really good. :D
