Clean the cap of hard wax it won’t break …. When it gets a build up there isn’t enough room…. This hits the hard wax on cap breaking the tip …. I’ve had it happen twice …. Once i realized why and keep it clean I’ve not had any tips just break ….. 4 years with the badger , waiting on the pro now …. Fantastic product

Maybe he should have shown her the proper way to place the tip into the cap? I mean obviously she is putting it in the side intended for the jar, and in turn the ceramic is bottoming out. The other products are not nearly as good as the huni badger.
