I got this knife in the midsize a while back. For a $30 knife it's a good worker. I even anodized the hardware whilst enjoying some drinks. I've had the mini griptilian for a long time, also a good small worker.

From what I can recall the p801 wasn’t as smooth a flipper- and the handle is a bit slick and it’s slightly heavier. I understand those are all subjective preferences- however those would be reasons I would stick with the honey badger.

subjective sure. the ruike has wide quality variations at least i heard that. but if i would be really in touch with my own preferences i having written that the best could be the manly comerade that costs the same here (Germany) or the manly wasp in 12C27 witch is even cheaper . but nearly nobody knows of this two and not that many knife guys enjoy slipjoints that much.
