Being an activist is now a good thing? Usually the main agreement is that activists are an obnoxious loud minority of id10ts who complain about everything... Guess it depends on what type of activism you do I suppose. The current "w0ke activist" trend would be things like BLM, LGBT+, Extinction rebellion and all the other utterly ins4ne & delusi0nal movements, but if he's an activist for things like domestic vi0lence or homelessness etc (like an actual issue), I suppose it's fine.

Then fried the chicken only once, cooled it down and put it in the fridge. I will pull from the fridge and fry a second time and coat with the sauce as directed. okay so I didn’t overcook the chicken its moist and nice but since I don’t have a thermometer it was probably cooking at 190 degrees so at the end it was more brown than it should have been, and maybe ad a few pinches of salt in the honey sauce ? because for the amount of honey and other things one tbsp of saltyness (soy sauce) might not be enough, but that’s just my preference, thanks !

Lol did you want a smaller bowl to mix your hoey sauce in? Nah but seriously this looks amazing, about 6 months ago I followed your method for making master stock and it's amazing. I wonder what it would be like if I were too poach some chicken thighs in that master stock and then battered it and fried it twice at a really high temp like 190 or even 200c so it goes crispy without over cooking the chicken and then coating it in this honey sauce... I guess I know what I'll be doing this weekend now.
