Dirtroaster you are a blessed man with a loving family a good wife and a job you enjoy. You remind me of my oldest son in a lot of ways. Michael has a loving daughter, good friends, loving family, a good job, and has started removing bees from buildings just like you do. Stay humble, loving, friendly, mentoring, and enjoy bees and videoing. If you ever get to Hemingway Sc or close shout out you have friends here too.

Ain't nothing more beautiful than homegrown businesses getting more high tech to help with the processing but also how much sweat is still being poured into the passion. Makes me want to find someone locally to be my honey dealer. Every now and again I see you taking a bite out of fresh comb and I so want to try that.

Wonderful to see you lift that bucket properly, with your knees not your back. It seemed that I wasn’t so careful and I put myself in a wheelchair. but my physical therapist uses me as a example as to what not to do when lifting. It was a real pleasure to have you show up unexpectedly and lend a hand with the bottling. Of course with you, almost every visit is unexpected which makes me a bit paranoid, it's like you know where I am all the time. Since I destroyed the Life Alert you gave me, the one that you had Okie Rob place a tracking device in, I'm convinced you had him build you another tracker, I just have not found it yet. If the two of you would spend a bit more time with your bees instead of worrying about what Mr. Ed is doing, maybe you guys would be harvesting and bottling some of your own honey. Still, thanks for the help, and I hope to repay you when you bottle yours. God's peace brother.

Never, in my 49 years, have I ever had “fresh” honey. And boy, would I absolutely love to have the experience! My kids are honey lovers, but I don’t purchase it as often as they would like because it’s so darn expensive around here! As if regular honey isn’t expensive enough, I can only imagine how much fresh, beautiful honey like this would cost! Still, I wish I had the opportunity to enjoy it...for my kids to have the experience of trying honey fresh from the hive...oooh Lord, do I ever! Thank you for showing this; it was amazing being able to see the process from bees to jars! I think it’s really important to know where your food comes from. And my mouth is watering. Literally. I’m drooling worse than my dog does when he sees me walk in the door from the meat market with a big bone for him! That’s what honey is to me - a dog with a bone - I CHERISH IT! But dang I wish I could try fresh from the hive honey!! My condolences on your recent loss. May God welcome, love & cherish her until you’re together once again. Much love & God Bless, Shelbie =) 💚🎃👻💜 #subscribed 💋

My most sincere condolences for your loss. I'd heard that Mister Ed, and Yappy, are part of a secret research group, who've been developing "little tiny honey sputnik's", which are based on the "milking machine sputniks", used in the dairy industry. This looks like the backroom of a prohibition- era speakeasy, where they used to mix clandestine "potato squeezin's", with STP, for color. Come to think of it, STP looks a lot like honey' hmm? All joking aside, what a great operation; and such a pleasant environment!

Hello Mr. Rooster, I really enjoy your channel. I was reading about a honey from New Zealand called" Manuka" the honey is made from the Tea Tree. The researcher had to send the samples to the UK and to Germany because no one here does testing on what's in the honey sold here in the U.S. Out of the 5 samples sent to each of the labs only 2 were the real deal. At 45$ for a small jar that really surprised me. Do you know why no one here in the U.S. test honey? You and your friends are a treat to watch. I used to think a bee keeper had to be crazy, now, watching you this past year, I realized you just know what you are doing. Thank you for the job you do in saving the honey bee. I am a gardener up here in Alex. Va. that's how I make my living, last year I only saw one honey bee, this year I have seen six, always on the Cleome aka SkunkWeed. Lots and lots of bumblebees though. Thank you for the entertainment. Good luck if you choose to start selling your honey!

I didn’t have a clue how much work was involved with the Honey business, or at least the equipment that you really need to bottle honey properly. OMG, lol and all I was thinking that the worst part is getting stung. And it might be physically, but having to lift all of the honey manually. That would get old quick. Thanks for sharing your knowledge and videos sir. Really enjoy watching them. Keep up the great work

@@628DirtRooster Yes, trust me. I have become efficient with it over the years. But still it would be so much faster with the tech they have in a commercial honey house. Glad your year is going good so far. I'm getting ready to inspect my hives that made it through winter.
