I also bought that french fry cutter. Easy peasy! I have never had crawfish. I don't think they sell them in the stores up here. That sauce looks good over the fries though. Maybe sausage. Thanks Boog! Oh, you never knew how old I was but I will tell you. Today is my 72nd birthday! Whoopie!

LQQks Good Sis! I was thinking the same thing regards adding some cayenne. BTW, I am a suckah for a gadget and that fry cutter is still on my radar, however, I really don't make enough of 'em to justify the expense.
