So true, honey is amazing for health-and yes, I’ve been stung once, but I like to think it was just a bee high-fiving me too hard! 🐝😄 How about you?

Honey is nature’s sweetest masterpiece! 🍯 Did you know bees have to visit around 2 million flowers to make just one pound of honey? 🐝🌼

You’re absolutely right, honey is basically immortal! Isn’t it amazing that archaeologists found edible honey in ancient Egyptian tombs? 🍯😄

No, honey doesn't go bad and can be eaten indefinitely if stored and handled properly. Honey's low moisture content, high acidity, and enzymes that produce hydrogen peroxide make it naturally antimicrobial and prevent bacteria and other organisms from growing. However, honey can undergo natural changes over time, such as: Darkening, Losing its aroma and flavor, Crystallization, and Thickening. These changes are actually good signs and indicate that the honey is high quality and unpasteurized.

Exactly, honey is like nature's eternal treasure! Those changes just mean it’s the real deal. Do you prefer it raw and unfiltered or as part of your favorite recipes? 🍯✨

I find it interesting how honey has been used as both food and medicine throughout history. Do you think modern science will find even more health benefits of honey, or is it mostly just old wives' tales?

Great point! Modern science keeps uncovering honey’s benefits, like its antibacterial properties and soothing effects for sore throats. Do you think it might hold the key to some futuristic medicine? 🍯🔬

To me I've ate honey in a cabinet and in the refg. Yes it will Crystal but it taste good going down your thoart but it will keep it thick too in the refg. But if you don't eat it soon enough it will Crystal

Even though it crystalizes, you can still eat it. Honey does not spoil, unless you leave it exposed to air.

You’re so right, even when honey crystallizes, it still tastes amazing! Do you prefer it straight from the spoon or mixed into tea when it’s thick like that? 🍵🍯

@@chuckroast7053 Exactly, crystallized honey is just honey in a cozy sweater! Do you warm it up or enjoy it as is when it crystallizes? 🍯✨

@@processarea91 I will sometimes eat it from the spoon, or mix it in with hot tea or even put it in my oatmeal for breakfast. The honey I get from my hives has crystalized, but its still good. Thanks for the reply
