Nah FF Liu was definitely more of a pain than this, remember there was no flawless blocking in MKX lol

@@haysan32 but flame Fist liu at the end of the punches could only mix up low fireball which was unsafe af or his db2 which has a big gap or the parry. All options were unsafe or risky at best. Also he couldn't steal back his turn like Raiden can and continue chipping out. Now Dragon's Fire on the other hand is a different story

@@beachesandhose2374 Yeah but it didn’t matter at that point, you already took like 15% guaranteed chip INTO a mixup. At least with Raiden you know 9/10 he’s just gonna loop it. And you only need to flawless block once in the sequence to completely negate the rest of it. FF Liu does a combo on block, then you gotta guess if you can even press after. Don’t forget he can also armor after the punches on block, so unless you jump he’ll just go through whatever you try

He had a true block string that let you cancel into the buff, then cancel the buff into windmill punch for like 20%+ guaranteed chip, into guess. There’s no comparison bro
