Hello I am trying to attach my brochure to the email and the template option you are sharing is not showing. Please help thank you!

Honeybook does have a chat option that can help you with tech problems! Let me know if you get it figured out or what the problem was. The template I showed was one that I personally created so it wouldn’t have been in your templates.

How do you know they want to actually book? They email you back saying so or is there a link in the inquiry email that they click?

At the time of this video, they would email me back saying that they wanted to book. But I now use smart files and they are able to choose within the file what they would like to book. You can also set it up so that they choose and then an invoice is included in the file so you don’t have to send one out. Sorry for the late response!
