Meanwhile, there are reasons why virginity breaks without having sex includes; 1- Sport related activities like exercise, gyming and strenuous works. 2- Self pleasure like fingering 3- The major one which is caused by hymen; the membrane layer at the vagina opening. If your hymen ìs too thin, it could rupture easily, however, the more you grow and as your age increases, the hymen becomes more elastic making it susceptible to break at any efforts you engage in. 4- Infections, if any sexual transmitted disease is contacted, hence when the vagina is being itched, the virginity could break 5- If you have a perforated hymen, already there is a hole and there is probability you have had little blood flow either when you were menstruating or not. All those aforementioned, could break virginity. I hope it helped and you may as well read further for more understanding about the topic.

No, not always. Some women will bleed after having sex for the first time, while others won't. Both are perfectly normal. A woman may bleed when she has penetrative sex for the first time because of her hymen breaking. The hymen is a thin piece of skin that partially covers the entrance to the vagina. This is called a hymen. Sometimes when girls have vaginal sex for the first time, their hymen gets stretched open, which can cause pain or bleeding. But the hymen can also naturally stretch from things like sports, using a tampon, or putting fingers or other objects in the vagina. And many girls are born with very little hymenal tissue to begin with, so it may seem like they don’t have a hymen at all. "
