This one took me two days. This one hit me hard. I cried so much! Nolan, I innately understand you and your heart and KNOW every single thing you spoke if here. I would've never thought that WE would lead such similar journeys. I hope I can pop in to see you before FITU, because I know when I do...I'll be a damn mess. This is beyond kindreds. You're an unbelievable human being!!

Brother, you have no idea how similar we are. I just did a solo episode also talking about my temper and other issues. I too have exploded at people and made those who I love cry. Though I have improved A LOT since those days, I’m not perfect. But now I can recognize when I’m doing it and when it’s getting to that point. This is nothing to be ashamed of. Everyone has their demons, just a lot of people hold it in... and well, that never ends up going well. But I feel like you’re learning a lot about yourself from these videos. It should really be called “Finding Nolan” at this point :) Can I recommend you check out someone? His name is GARY VEE and watching his videos on KZbin, Instagram, etc. has helped me in so many areas of my life. He’s given me so much confidence and his videos are really worth checking out.
