I don't remember seeing any, but they could have some! You can call the stores there are have them check the merchandise for you if you want. There is a number on the hong kong disneyland website.

The red envelopes are called ampao in tagalog (Philippines) you have to put a money inside that red envelopes and give it to a friend

The red pockets you showed at 16:50 are the little bags we use to put money inside for the kids. Each year, we, as the kids will receive lots of them with different value of money inside and it is a tradition of the chinese. Anyway it is a great video.
