Not everything is cheap in My please, in HK you are paying the high rent which takes up most of the costs.

...and they cannot work in the country, right???? And to retire early??? I wonder how much they have got to live on? Very puzzling!!
Cantonese speaking chinese in Malaysia are staying in around KL, Perak, Seremban and around Selangor area if any HK peoples prefer around these speking Chinese in Malaysia.

USD700K * FD 3.5% interest = USD24.5K * 4.75 exchange rate = RM116K.. More than enough.
Can't really compare to hk. Hk gdp capita is 4 times more than in Malaysia. Penang cost of living is even lower than KL.
@酸民殺手4 ай бұрын
If compared to Penang is only 3 times of Penang per capita but the housing cost 20 times , medical cost 10 times, car park cost 100 times, food cost is 3 times. So it is pointless to earn more money in HK

Hi, Thank you for your videos, I am also considering the MM2H, and in fact, my family is going to Penang this Easter for a week, we want to feel about the locals. I have two kids and so schooling is always a concern for me. In your video, it seems that the international school that Vicent's kids are taking now looks good, can you give me the name of the school and so I can try to contact the school in my coming trip for a visit ? Many thanks. :P

@chongpengsan7153 Жыл бұрын
walao so expensive how to rent sure or not?
@wendywan1186 ай бұрын
@@chongpengsan7153 I just came back from HK for business trip. From my own experience, without sea view, just a 400+sq ft apartment - 2 rooms 1 bathroom, monthly rental is RM10k+ or HKD20k+. No kidding, rental is damn expensive in HK. Simple 3 meals including public transportation also need at least HKD200/day @ RM120+/day. A fresh grad accounting student can get a job with monthly income around HKD15-20k so there is no way for a fresh grad to rent a 400+sq ft apartment to pay HKD20k rental/month. For Malaysians, we can rent a luxury condo 1600 sq ft in MY for just RM2-4k/month depends on location but a fresh grad accounting student can get a job in MY with monthly income around RM3-4k/month
