I travelled to Japan this spring and went to Asakusa Temple 🙏🙏🙏.. and you went to Wong Tai Sin😅😅😅.. i tried range of ramen like you tried a few catonese noodles/congee/dim sum😋... Maybe you can try NOT to dip soy sauce when having sim sum like har-gau or siu-mai, it would be too salty, I guess their taste is just right.
