Could I easily put a twist throttle on this?

you can. Since the whole thing is on the CYC platform, you can easily disconnect the thumb throttle and switch to either a CYC half or full twist throttle.

HK is not exactly a viable market for any PEVs because they are not legal to ride on any public roads (not even on bike lanes ) and police can stop you and confiscates your PEVs.😢

You are right. Our R&D team is based there. We have conducted some of our tests on private MX tracks in Hong Kong for the development of our products.
