I missed his Vlive but when I watched the replay the moment he read it I was like "Who dared and told him that? Like I want to slap them in the face!" He's already hard on himself what was the reason or motive to make him question that, and the fact that he answered in a nice way is one of the reasons why I love him. My outspoken mind would have never let that person not have a piece of my mind. This is why I wouldn't qualify as an idol 🤣. He's to good and to nice for us. this really shows just how much chan has to work at maintaining his shape that he currently has. he must have extremely low bmi, and has to be PURELY muscle, but with that in mind its very easy for him lose that muscle mass because he doesn't bull up easily. pros and cons of having very good genetics and a fast/high metabolism.

Chan has a lot of muscle for his height and length of arms, he did a really good job of filling them up, if it wasn't for his work as an idol, because he's really active all the time (which is why fast metabolism usually occurs, because the more you are active, the more calories are being burned), he would eat properly and would gain a lot of healthy weight, both fat and muscle(maybe not much that fat because he's naturally on a skinnier side)

The drinks have 300 kcal per 200 ml as far as I know? And she added a lot of protein in her diet. (just don’t go for whey, so many people break out bc of it) idk how pricey all of it is but maybe look into it if you like? She still burns a lot of calories but does see a change and feels a lot better too :)
