People are on schedules and this shit is not only annoying but reckless. Hell, they even have video of people trying to drive away when they're rushing to wash the vehicles. Inches away from a broken foot, ankle, or leg. They're making the day more complicated for people who are already underpaid and have to deal with the randomness of the public already. These aren't controlled sets. They're idiots poking the general populace and it's only a matter of time before they poke someone unstable, irrational, or just straight up violent with intent to injure. And not counting the multiple traffic violations that are occuring, which generally have a fine of upwards of $10,000 for obstruction of traffic. Failing to obey traffic lights are generally seen as a misdemeanor with varying punishments related to speeding, it would come down to the judge specifically for how lax that's regarded. The aforementioned liabilities of reckless endangerment. I doubt there's any contracts or insurance coverage these dudes have in the event they cause someone else or themselves injury. They would become culpable for all charges for vehicle repair and medical attention. And again. You never know how someone is going to react. The dude playing Jesus said it perfectly himself, "What happens if someone rearends us?". They'd be crushed in place while the excrutiatingly slow rescue process happened, if they'd even be alive.
