You can farm on QL-1 and 2 if you are on tight supply of serum which gives you 35 to 37 red stones and if you farm there 5 times, you can get 136 or above red stones (that's how I called them) but if you finish QL-7 (that stage which costs 120 serum) you can gain 136 red stones there.
