I think you would be able to 47856 Epernay if you did just an AA with Griseo on the last rotation before ult + weapon into HoRB QTE to apply a bleed stack for bonus dmg. Then when you QTE in with Songque, doing the 3 fish attack before the final ult. I think you have more than enough dmg with Project Bunny. I could do it with only 1 3* Durandal cast on the last rotation only (no elf phase 1)

how do you stop metroid from jumping away from the cross in the first to second phase, or any tips to consistently break the hit count?

Try to get a good angle so it hits all 3 hit counts and then pray to the rng gods.
