Use your wrist, do not just lift your arms up and down to hit the keys because it is tiring. If you don't let your wrist tensed and use it to move your hands up and down to hit the keys, it won't hurt unlike the prior. Also, you could bend over when you want to stressed the notes so that your body weight could help increase the sound. So, don't tensed your body, that's my main priority in playing piano.
