also talking about nearl there,(or nearl the radiant knight) she is kinda one of the strong one in the verse but nut the strongest since someone like skadi exist. for me the tierlist goes like -IS3 islar mla/the demon in the far north or south(not the sarkaz) -abyssal hunters(skadi,specter,gladia) -kal'sit/rosmontis/amiya -nearl the radiant knight/gavialter there is proably more such as emperor's blade or the witch king. and. i don't think the anime are taling a very epic fight thingy. (they are not going for those, maybe they will if arknight anime has s3 which will cover up ch7-8)

Yo, I would like to suggest you to react to discovering terra version- 1,2 and 3(3 is available in cn but there's a well translated version(just remember to keep the cc on)) those are giving the info on the world and the politic background of the different nation of terra aka the world of arknights. I am sure (I hope) u would like it..(1&2 available In arknights official server 3 is available on a different channel with transportation)

Barely started the video but i wanted to get this comment here ASAP after like the first 3 minutes: The Arknights main story is VERY LONG. So instead of making content on consuming the story live, I'd suggest making follow-up videos/streams to discuss it, share your thoughts, theories etc. I'd be careful for spoilers though, cuz that is sometimes an issue in this community, sadly. I think that'd be less time-consuming for you, but ultimately it's up to you and this is just a suggestion from a fan. Anyway, keep up the good work 🙏🙏

That Mr Lee EP just effortlessly combines Big Band, Motown funk, and traditional Chinese instruments like it was NBD. And yes, there is a spinoff animation short series about Mr Lee's Detective agency that was released as web shorts. I also recommend Reigan's I Believe In Us (Skalter), Revel in the Real (Ling), Towards Her Light (Saileach), Requiem (Patriot), but really, every song AK Official releases has been fire.

10:14 Every new 6* has a theme released alongside them. I'm not sure exactly when that started, but fairly early on. Even some of the og character have gotten their own themes over time as well. Like Siege who got hers as part of the main story (Rekindle is the name of hers, highly recommend)

Hope you listen to more EPs because they literally fill up most of my playlist, they're that good. I recommend Awaken, Requiem, Speed of Light and Renegade. But you're free to explore since there's ton of them. Also AK recently released a new song featuring Mostima (blue-haired waifu) named "A Cold Call", thought you might be interested. It's pretty damn good as well

Arknights operator songs are all very different, depending on the character, and are all insanely good. My personal favorites are: Immutable (Kal'tsit), Real me (Carnelian), Eternal Flame (Fiametta) and Ensheath (Mlynar)

If you'd ever want to look at every arknights character I'd recommend visiting aceship. They have not characters not yet available on global servers too.

To be frank, Arknights isn't a game for everyone. Tower defense is a niche after all, and the chibi artstyle in the gameplay also throws some people off. So no hard feelings if you try it and decide it's not for you. All that being said, if you do end up loving it, it's pretty much going to fill the entire niche of Tower Defense for you. Path to Nowhere is great too, but in its current state there's too little content to really be a competitor.

Arknights is the only story of all mediums where I need to look up the summary video, even though I read most main and event stories. The overarching lore is already complex as it is and the delivery purposely makes you a little bit confused. But I do highly recommend checking it out offline or even via anime because the S2 was already announced anyway. Because these fantastic songs would hit harder when you know the story

20:54 that is lee. his unique trait is that with 5 in game deployment cost that regens 1 per second (normal situation) he can negate any crowd control effect and apply a stun to the enemy that gave the cc(Stun, freeze, etc); He is used in many situations but is a difficult character as he uses 3(2) deployment cost per 3 second

The character themes are for every 6* unit (some OGs still dont have their own yet) and they generally release a decent way into the character's banner also I recommend Dorothy's theme [Magic Theorem]

The funny thing is, none of the operator themes actually play in game, they're literally only seen outside the game, only there to give a 'feel' of what a character is. Also, the whole reason why Gavial's theme sounds RWBY as hell is because the singer also worked with RWBY.

To answer your question at 10:21. Characters themes are usually on the official channel, website, music platforms etc to promote both character and game, but we don't get to hear them IN game. Tho some are played in the background (like W's and Patriot's ones), but only the instrumental version, no lyrics.

Oh, well now I feel foolish for recommending "Come to Light" in another video. But at least you watched it, nice👍 To my knowledge, the "operator themes" started happening when we got introduced to the "alter" versions of certain characters which show growth (Nearl, Gavial, Lava, etc) or literal alternate timelines (Skadi, Specter). Basically any time an operator gets a 6-star alt, it comes with a Live2D splash art in the game. I could be wrong, but I'm pretty sure the first one was Skadi. And Hypergryph/Yostar will release videos like this to promote the new operators and/or events; I see them all the time on my Facebook feed. Again, the theme songs could have started prior to "Who is Real" (Skalter's event), but if so, I don't remember anyone else getting them. I'm just blissful that my two #1 waifus went from overlooked under-performers to 6-star powerhouses. Feels good to be a Gavial & Reed fan, lemme tell ya.

The theme songs came a lot earlier than the first alt I believe. W (who, if I remembere correctly, was released during the first anniversary, have a theme song released with her). 2D splash art in game does usually only auto-happen for limited character, but there are also ones that are not alts, such as the sisters and brothers from Yan, and W. Usually (most popular) alts are all 6* operators, but starting from Reed (who's not on global yet) we get non-limited 6* alts (and those non-limits don't get auto l2d art) A few of the older non-limited operators do have l2d skin though, like Phantom, surtr, lee, and more to come.

Arknights is the tower defense game with the most complex mechanics that I know of. It takes a while to get going because of everything it needs to teach you first though. Skip the story, it's too long and the way it's told has been the weakest part of the first couple chapters. As someone who read the entire thing, I have to say that the anime is the better way to experience the story.
