He doesn't overdo it, he doesn't use the most obscure meme only a very specific group knows (target audience memes from his channel, genshin and honkai excluded) and he also doesn't overcrowd the video. One joke comes after another, not several at once and they tend to have time to "breathe" (obviously in relation to the timespan of the video, but I hope you understand what I'm trying to say with that). And specifically when it comes to the meme dancing, it quite helps that it is portrayed in a more ridiculous fashion with lots of flailing and clipping, although it helps that this is a animated video and not some kid that should be studying flossing on the school table.
