Tbh, the male design here is so cool, it doesn't necessarily mean their clothes, but the look of them, the hair, eyes, skin type, characteristic are so much better compared to genshin imo. It's a shame i dont play turn based game.

The animations look incredible but the turn based combat doesn’t really give me the same satisfaction as Genshin combat. Hmm perhaps zenless zone zero will scratch my combat itch. Regardless i still look forward to future developments to this game to an extent.

I feel u, genshin allows a sort of freedom in that there’s no limit to how you can fight; essentially you could pop out 4 ults in succession switching between characters and just going wild lmao. Turn based combat requires more planning, patience, and doesn’t give that fun reckless vibe you get from genshin. Tho personally I can’t wait to play it since other than the combat everything else from graphics to world building looks rlly promising!

​@@ertrider well yeah, i was just making a comparison between the two...ig i wasn't clear enough but when i described genshin like that i'm not saying that this game isn't going to be as fun, only that genshin has that free nature as an open world game that people tend to like more. I admit i'm not a fan of turn-based combat but i do like some turn-based games and starrail is one of those games that has convinced me--sure i can just go back to playing genshin but it gets stale after going on the same game, so i like branching out to their dif and new games. If they made another genshin 2.0 for money then it would lack the uniqueness that each of their games have, and i'm not advocating for that whatsoever.
