@@LucyyStars ah it’s because Welt did meet Kevin and knows of him. He met him in the sea of Quanta, you can probably remember in game during Bronya’s focus chapter where Welt appears from behind Kevin in the cutscene. Welt and Kevin for the game have a more antagonistic relationship
