At 03:34 and also 06:02 I can see how the Resurging Tide actually slowed down Jing Yuan's damage a bit, because it advances all allies' action but NOT the Lightning Lord even when he's full stacks and next in action... so its basically throws away a full damage LL because he'd be ready again next turn anyway
