How does his self heal work?

His self heal can only work after he uses his ult, he literlly can't die after using his ult, so everytime he gets hit by enemy, he will heal himself

In technical terms, When he uses the ult, he gets a buff for 2 turns. The buff is, he gets healed for 10% of his max HP whenever the enemy attacks him.
