They used to play this song in the store that I work at and I’d always try to Shazam it and find out what it was because it’s a bop!! But it’d never go through and I have a video saved on my phone where I recorded a snippet of this song as I walked through the store so I could remember the words and look it up later and like a year later I finally found it and I can’t stop listening to this album! Somehow I came across the song backseat driver... i liked it. Loved the tone of the singer. So I'm like let's explore. I was listening to to songs watching interviews and then I went in and just made a playlist of all the stuff that had official videos. This song came on... and I kinda flipped out. I've been listening to this song for 5 years and didn't know who it was because I was biking golden gate park SF during the pandemic usually when it came on.
