To me if there is such a place as heaven on earth it’s Honolulu. That view from Tantalus. I could sit there all day and take a nap after grinding my mix plate lunch. 2 scoops mac salad no rice. Mahalo nui loa John. Looking forward to your July 4 fireworks video flick.

I've driven this road many times, but I really got to enjoy it more from this video because I didn't have to pay attention to the road and traffic and could enjoy the view.

Thanks for this road trip up Tantalus. Long ago (1978) I married a local girl at Puu Ualakaa State Park on a day very much like this one. Last visited two years ago when I hiked from Manoa Falls on the Makiki Cliff trail, to the park and back down Tantalus.
