It's 40 to Ala Moana Center not 40A. 40A goes West to Makaha Towers. Route 40 goes to Ala Moana Center. Now its route 40 to Makaha Towers and to Ala Moana Center.

What's retired? There is no route 40A anymore. It would used to be Route 40A Makaha Towers. Route 40 Honolulu Ala Moana. Route 40A would go West and route 40 would go East. Now it's route 40 Makaha Towers. Route 40 Honolulu - Ala Moana. Going East and West. It would also used to go to Pearlridge, Waipahu Transit Center, and Kapolei Transit Center. Kapolei Transit Center : used to be route 40A ( maybe 40 ). Waipahu Transit Center either 40A or 40 can't remember. Route 40 Pearlridge ( I think ). Now it is Route 40 Kapolei Transit Center, Route 40 Makaha Towers, and Route 40, Kapolei Transit Center. Route 40 Honolulu - Ala Moana stays the same.
