Go to settings > accessibility features > accessibility > accessibility shortcut > select feature > accessibility menu > ok> press and hold volume +&- for 3 sec. then you will notice the navigation button below your screen will add the icon 🧍. Click it then you will see buttons like power off, lock screen, volume +&-, screenshot. Hope it helps 😊

for refresh rate dynamic is better,because in dynamic if you dont touch the screen when you are in home screen,the screeen refresh rate will go to 1hz and when you use it it will go to 120hz.
