Hi, do you mean via bluetooth or via the cable, if by bluetooth go to settings then bluetooth and connect new device. If via cable use a USB C coonected headphones.

Hi, thanks for your comment; it is a good phone, but I would see what newer devices are available now for the same money. There may be a newer model available or other brands. It depends on what you want your phone to do.

Hi, thanks for your comment, it is indeed their budget line which means it can do everything you need but no flashy tech like improved camera or improved processor however for everyday tasks it does the job.

I'm finding this phone to be unnecessarily complicated. Not very straight forward at all. For a simple thing, I had to go to my service provider. Now I must go again. When my Screensaver is off & I receive a call, I can hear it but I can't answer it. Phone remains dark. No pick up icon. Power button/volume button doesn't answer either. How does 1 answer please?

Hi, sorry to hear about this, go to settings then to accessibility settings, then to gestures and in here you can answer with auto pick up, the screen should be coming on though when receiving a call, have you checked all the display settings, also worth checking do not disturb is turned off as when turned on it will could be an issue. I will continue to think of ideas for you to try.

Hi, thanks for your comment, in display settings you could switch the auto brightness off and also set the auto screen lock to 10 mins so won't start to dim the screen straight away.

Hi, you will need to use the raw image to get the most out of the camera as it's photoo binned by 4 I believe to give you a smaller image file but still high level of detail, but using raw image it should use the whole sensor.

Hi! I really need help with choosing a phone. I Currently have redmi note 10 5G (not impressed with it) and am thorn between honor 90 lite, magic5 lite and motorola g72. I want something for a longer run and generally that won't get extremely slow and laggy like my phone did. Plus more years of android updates would be great.

Hi, thank you for your comment, everything would suggest getting the Honor 90 lite however their is a couple of differences Honor 90 lite has LCD display compared to AMOLED on Magic device and their is slight difference to battery with Magic having slightly more. Please us GSMA arena to compare to make your choice.
