Awesome but the release date for the global Version is too far behind. You could get the v2 in Europe when the next foldable is already in production. I was first hyped and wanted to get this phone asap, but now I have to think again if its worth to buy an already "outdated" foldable for around 2.000 euro.

Cant you just buy the china version. It has play store. What would be the difference apart from some Chinese bloatware you can delete? This is a genuine question

@@Marsh1983 a late reply, but a big amount of apps don't work properly if you don't have the GMS. Like Banking Apps, Android Car and many apps they need this services. I wouldn't want to make such big compromises for almost 1,500-2,000 euros.

They will only release it in Europe in 2024 and a short time later the successor V3 in China. It was the same this year. Honor didn't learn from his mistake.

J'ai acheté un Magic V2 et après 1 mois des pixels sur l'écran interne ne fonctionne plus (comme 2 grosses taches de 4mm) je l'ai envoyé en sav mais depuis 15 jours plus de nouvelles, j' ai appelé la société mandaté pour la réparation mais ils n'ont pas de pièce de rechange et pas délai de réception ! J'ai donc demandé a Honor un échange pour un neuf mais pas de nouvelle. j'étais content du Magic v2 mais la la je commence a eta etre très déçu du service après vente !

My old phone broke while I was on a busoness trip and I bought the Magic V2 as a replacement. But the tech support is a absolute joke! I've been calling 3 days but no one is picking up the calls and after the voice messages I've left still no one has gotten back to me. If you buy a HONOR phone, pray that u don't need to call their tech support

2024.02.14. The global version arrived to me in Hungary, Europe. It was love at first sight, Happy Valentine's :D but really, it is the best phone, I ever used or I ever seen in my life. I used a Huawei P30 Pro for 4.5 years, then a used Z Fold3 for 2 weeks, and the Fold3's 3-4th day, I found the Honor release here, and pulled the trigger. It really is the best, it makes life (with phone things) so much easier! And what a miraculous engineering behind it, to create this thin and also "huge" phone! Love it! Thank you Honor, and of course to your engineers!!! :)

As soon I heard that v2 is going global, I returned my galaxy fold5 back to the shop. I really wanted to get V2 ..... Shame v2 won't be available in UK for another 6 months....by then people inc. me will forget about it , other manufacturers will release their new slab phones and new folding devices and on top of that next month we will see new snapdragon 8gen3 . So all in all by January 2024 this is going to be shit phone ,I'm really angry at Honor . What's the point of showing this phone in Germany if we can't get it . I'm going tomorrow to by for the 2nd time fold5 from Samsung and its going to be a 2 year contract so I don't care anymore about Honor V2 and I hope millions of people do the same . Honor .... This is the worst marketing i have ever seen. I bet Samsung is celebrating your stupidity.
