Daji is much better in terms of passive comapred to Veera Penetration is better than movement speed during out of combat

​@@keirlbatoy3625 Veera is so much better in term of Burst dmg though. Her scaling is way higher than Daji and even 2 skill is gurantee to take down the ADC (Im a former top 15 Veera on VietNamese server leaderboard and top 34 on Taiwanese server leaderboard)
