Dr Bian: Reduced Dr Bian's early-game damage, and increased his healing and late-game damage. "In the current version, Dr Bian is extremely powerful during the early game. However, his lack of dash and crowd control skills makes him less powerful during in the late game. We hope to change that, so we will increase his late-game damage and healing, and reduce his early-game damage accordingly."
