Heino Reduced the continuous poke of Skill 1 and reduced the damage reduction when Ultimate is used. "Currently, Heino offers a poor counterplay experience for opponents. His Ultimate's high damage reduction and restoration allow him to continuously poke enemies while being difficult to counter. We've reduced his damage output and the room for error in his Ultimate, giving opponents more opportunities to counter him." Skill 1 - Scepter of Fate: Base Damage: Before: 400 (+80 per skill level) (+60% Magical Attack) After: 400 (+80 per skill level) (+55% Magical Attack) Ultimate - Fate Rewind: Damage Reduction: Before: 15% (+7.5% per skill level) Now: 10% (+5% per skill level)
