Mulan: Reduced the damage dealt by her Skill 2 when she is using a heavy sword, and reduced the damage dealt by her Ultimate when she is using either weapon. "Although the Resistance gained from the Boots of Resistance was previously lowered by only 5%, this change allowed many players to have Mulan unleash complete skill combos against enemies. Since very few heroes are capable of withstanding such an assault, we have lowered the damage dealt from her Skill 2 when using a heavy sword and her Ultimate, in order to balance out the buff granted by the Boots of Resistance." Skill 2 - Blade Flurry: Damage from Each Hit from the Heavy Sword: Before: 150 (+25 per skill level) (+75% Physical Attack) Now: 130 (+20 per skill level) (+68% Physical Attack) Ultimate - Blooming Blade: Skill Damage: Before: 250 (+100 per skill level) (+120% extra Physical Attack) Now: 200 (+80 per skill level) (+110% Physical Attack)
