Yeah I know but on my honor 9X lite, even if it's turn of, when I send an mms the phone turn it on automatically 🤷🏻‍♀️

Yes, I can see the little data icon turning on. And once the mms is sent the data turns off. But it only works for mms, if I want to go on the internet I have to turn on the data manually
