You're right, the Honor X9a situation regarding Android 13 is a bit complicated and deserves some discussion. Here's what we know: **Current state:** * The Honor X9a launched with Android 11 and received an upgrade to Android 12. * **While some regions have started receiving Android 13 for the X9a, others (including some major markets) are still waiting.** This disparity has caused frustration among users. * There's **no official communication** from Honor regarding the exact rollout timeline for Android 13 in all regions. This lack of transparency adds to the frustration. **Why the wait?** There are several possible reasons for the delayed rollout: * **Carrier testing and certification:** Carriers often have their own testing and approval processes for software updates, which can add time to the rollout. * **Regional variations:** Honor might be prioritizing certain regions over others for various reasons, like market size or carrier agreements. * **Technical issues:** Unforeseen bugs or compatibility issues might be delaying the update in some regions. **What can you do?** * **Contact Honor support:** Reach out to Honor's official support channels and express your concern about the delayed Android 13 update. The more pressure they receive, the more likely they are to address the issue. * **Join online communities:** Connect with other Honor X9a users on forums and social media to share information and experiences about the update. This can help you stay updated and potentially find workarounds. * **Keep an eye on official channels:** Monitor Honor's official website and social media pages for any announcements about the Android 13 rollout for your region. **It's important to remember that Honor has a history of delivering Android updates, even if it takes some time.** While the current situation is frustrating, hopefully, it's temporary and all X9a users will eventually receive Android 13. I understand your frustration and hope this information provides some context and possible ways to move forward. If you have any specific questions or updates about the situation, feel free to ask!

In general, you should be able to get a good Wi-Fi signal throughout most homes and offices with the Honor X9a. However, if you're having trouble getting a strong signal, you can try the following tips: 1_Move closer to the router 2-Make sure there are no obstructions between the phone and the router 3-Try connecting to a different Wi-Fi band (2.4 GHz or 5 GHz) 4-Restart your router

@abdulmuneebTech Жыл бұрын
The Honor X9A 5G not supporting 5G networks in India can be due to several reasons: **Network Compatibility:** * **Regional Frequencies:** While the Honor X9A supports various 5G frequency bands, it might not be compatible with the specific bands used by Indian 5G networks. Different regions utilize different frequency ranges for 5G, and your phone needs to match those for 5G functionality. * **Software Update:** In some cases, a software update might be needed to enable 5G functionality on the device. Check for any available updates and install them to ensure you have the latest firmware. **Carrier-Specific Issues:** * **Network Rollout:** 5G rollout is still ongoing in India, and coverage might be limited depending on your location and carrier. Check with your service provider if 5G is available in your area and ensure your plan supports 5G access. * **SIM Card Compatibility:** Some older SIM cards might not be compatible with 5G networks. Consider contacting your carrier and requesting a 5G-enabled SIM card if needed. **Troubleshooting Tips:** * **Restart your phone and network:** Sometimes a simple restart can resolve connectivity issues. * **Check your network settings:** Ensure your phone is configured to use the 5G network on your carrier. * **Contact Honor Support:** If the issue persists, reach out to Honor customer support for further assistance. They can confirm compatibility and offer troubleshooting steps specific to your device and region. Remember, even if other phones in India are accessing 5G, it doesn't necessarily mean the Honor X9A will work the same way. The factors mentioned above play a crucial role in determining 5G functionality. Checking compatibility and contacting your carrier/Honor support would be the best steps to understand the specific reason for the lack of 5G on your device. I hope this information helps! Let me know if you have any other questions.

Unfortunately, the Honor X9a doesn't natively support turning off the screen with a double tap. However, there are a few workarounds you can try: 1. Use Accessibility Features: Go to Settings > Accessibility features > Shortcuts & gestures. Enable Raise to wake or Double-tap to wake. This will turn on the screen with a double tap, but there isn't a built-in option to turn it off the same way

I got the x9b. I can't figure out how to switch between background running apps. Please help?
@abdulmuneebTech Жыл бұрын
The method for switching between background running apps on the X9B depends on the launcher you're using. Here are two methods that work with most launchers: **Method 1: Using the recent apps button** 1. Press and hold the recent apps button (the one with three vertical lines) on the bottom of your X9B. 2. You'll see a list of all the apps you have recently used. 3. Tap on the app you want to switch to. **Method 2: Using gestures** 1. Swipe up from the bottom of the screen to reveal the recent apps list. 2. Swipe left or right to find the app you want to switch to. 3. Release your finger to switch to the app. If you're using a custom launcher, the method for switching between apps may be different. Consult the launcher's documentation for more information. Here are some additional tips for switching between apps on the X9B: * You can also use the app drawer to switch between apps. Just tap on the app drawer icon (the one with all your apps) and then tap on the app you want to switch to. * If you have a lot of apps open, you can clear the recent apps list to make it easier to find the app you want. Just tap on the "X" next to the list of apps. * You can also use the search bar at the top of the recent apps list to find the app you want. Just start typing the name of the app and you'll see a list of matching apps. I hope this helps! Let me know if you have any other questions.

@abdulmuneebTech Жыл бұрын
I understand your frustration with switching between background apps on your X9B using Nova Launcher. It's true that different phone models and launchers can behave differently. Here are some things you can try to troubleshoot the issue: **1. Double-check Nova Launcher settings:** * Open Nova Launcher settings. * Go to "Gestures & buttons." * Make sure "Swipe up to open app drawer" is disabled. * Under "Recents button action," choose "Open recent apps list" instead of "Open last app" or "App info." * Alternatively, try setting the recents button action to "Swipe up" and use gestures as you described previously. **2. Verify Nova Launcher permissions:** * Go to your phone's Settings > Apps > Nova Launcher. * Tap on "Permissions" and ensure Nova Launcher has access to "Storage" and "Draw over other apps." **3. Update Nova Launcher and X9B software:** * Check for updates for Nova Launcher on the Google Play Store. * Make sure your X9B is running the latest software update. This could potentially fix compatibility issues with Nova Launcher. **4. Try alternative solutions:** * Use the "Back" button to return to the previously used app. * Install a different recent apps manager app like "RecentX" or "Tasker" to see if they provide more control over background apps. **5. Consider contacting Nova Launcher support:** * If none of the above solutions work, you can reach out to Nova Launcher support directly through their website or email ([novalauncher.com/faq](novalauncher.com/faq)) They might have insight into specific compatibility issues with your X9B model. By trying these steps, you should hopefully be able to get Nova Launcher's recent apps functionality working properly on your X9B. Remember, sometimes a simple setting change or software update can make all the difference. I hope this helps! Let me know if you have any other questions or need further assistance.

Always on display work continue or short time?
@abdulmuneebTech Жыл бұрын
Unfortunately, the Honor X9a doesn't have an Always-On Display (AOD) feature. The AOD feature typically shows basic information like the time, date, and notifications even when the phone is in sleep mode. This can be handy for checking the time quickly without having to wake the entire phone, but it can also impact battery life. Since the Honor X9a doesn't have an AOD, you'll need to wake the phone to see any information. You can do this by tapping the screen, pressing the power button, or using a double-tap gesture if it's enabled. Here are some alternative options to consider on the Honor X9a: * **Peek Display:** This feature briefly shows the time and notifications when you lift the phone. It's not as comprehensive as an AOD, but it can still be helpful for checking the time quickly. * **Raise to wake:** This feature wakes the phone when you pick it up. This can be a good option if you frequently check your phone for the time or notifications. * **Glance Wake:** This feature shows the lock screen for a few seconds when you look at the phone. This can be a good option if you want to see more information than just the time without fully waking the phone. I hope this helps! Let me know if you have any other questions.

I understand how frustrating it can be to lose access to the notification panel, especially after using the phone for 7 months. It's definitely not ideal to rely on other launchers just for that functionality. Let's try to diagnose and fix the issue on your Honor X9a: **Possible reasons for the issue:** * **Gesture navigation issue:** If you're using gesture navigation instead of the traditional navigation buttons, there might be a bug or misconfiguration causing the swipe down gesture for the notification panel to not work. * **Software update glitch:** Occasionally, software updates can introduce bugs. It's possible that a recent update caused this issue. * **Third-party app interference:** Some apps can interfere with system gestures. * **Hardware issue:** While less likely, a hardware problem with the touch screen could also be affecting the swipe gesture. **Troubleshooting steps:** 1. **Restart your phone:** This simple step can sometimes resolve temporary glitches. 2. **Check your navigation settings:** Go to **Settings > System & updates > System navigation**. Ensure the swipe-down gesture for the notification panel is enabled. You can also try switching to the traditional navigation buttons if you prefer. 3. **Update your software:** Check if any software updates are available for your Honor X9a. Updating to the latest version can fix bugs and improve performance. 4. **Safe mode:** Boot your phone into safe mode. This temporarily disables all third-party apps. If the notification panel works in safe mode, it indicates an app is interfering. Try uninstalling any recently installed apps or disabling them one by one to identify the culprit. 5. **Factory reset:** If none of the above work, you can consider a factory reset. This will erase all your data and settings, so be sure to back up everything important before proceeding. **Additional tips:** * If you're unsure about any of the troubleshooting steps, consult the official Honor user guide for your specific model. * Consider contacting Honor customer support for assistance. They might have specific advice or tools to diagnose and fix the issue. I hope these steps help you regain access to the notification panel on your Honor X9a and ditch the need for other launchers. Don't hesitate to ask if you have any further questions!

The Honor X9a 5G is expected to receive two major Android updates, up to Android 14. It will also receive regular security updates up to three years, but the frequency may vary depending on your region and carrier. One of the discussion points on the Honor X9a is that it features the older Android 12 OS. How can I charge my honor x9a with wireless charger
@abdulmuneebTech Жыл бұрын
The Honor X9a unfortunately doesn't support wireless charging natively. This means you won't be able to directly place it on a wireless charging pad and expect it to power up. However, there are a couple of workarounds you can try: **1. Use a wireless charging case:** * You can purchase a wireless charging case specifically designed for the Honor X9a. These cases typically have a built-in Qi receiver that allows you to place the phone on a wireless charging pad and charge it wirelessly. * Make sure to choose a reputable brand and ensure the case is compatible with your Honor X9a model. **2. Use a Qi adapter:** * You can buy a Qi adapter that attaches to the back of your Honor X9a. This adapter has a built-in Qi receiver that allows you to place the phone on a wireless charging pad and charge it wirelessly. * Similar to the case, ensure you get a quality adapter compatible with your phone model. **Here are some additional things to keep in mind:** * Wireless charging is generally slower than wired charging, so it may take longer to charge your Honor X9a using this method. * Make sure the wireless charging pad you're using is Qi-compatible and powerful enough to support your phone's battery capacity. * Ensure the case or adapter is properly aligned with the charging pad for optimal charging efficiency. While the Honor X9a doesn't offer native wireless charging, these workarounds can still let you enjoy the convenience of wireless charging with your phone. Choose the option that best suits your needs and budget. I hope this helps! Let me know if you have any other questions.

There isn't a specific built-in Wi-Fi scanning feature on the Honor X9a itself. However, you can access Wi-Fi information and manage networks in several ways: **1. View Available Networks:** 1. Open the **Settings** app on your Honor X9a. 2. Tap on **Wi-Fi**. 3. You'll see a list of all available Wi-Fi networks in your range. [Image of Honor X9a Wi-Fi settings] **2. View Advanced Wi-Fi Information:** 1. Open the **Settings** app. 2. Tap on **Wi-Fi**. 3. Tap on the **3 dots** in the top right corner. 4. Select **Advanced**. Here you can see detailed information about each network, like signal strength, frequency band, security type, and IP address. **3. Scan for Hidden Networks:** While your phone won't actively scan for hidden networks, you can try connecting to one if you know its name and password. 1. Open the **Settings** app. 2. Tap on **Wi-Fi**. 3. Tap on **Add network**. 4. Enter the **SSID (network name)** of the hidden network. 5. Choose the **Security type** and enter the **Password**. 6. Tap **Connect**. **4. Use Third-Party Wi-Fi Scanning Apps:** Several third-party apps can scan for Wi-Fi networks, including hidden ones, and provide additional information like signal strength and channel bandwidth. Some popular options include: * WiFi Analyzer * NetSpot * inSSIDer These apps are available for download on the Google Play Store or Huawei AppGallery. Remember, connecting to unknown or unsecured Wi-Fi networks can be risky. Only connect to networks you trust and ensure they have proper security measures in place. I hope this explanation helps! Let me know if you have any other questions.

They said honor x9a don't have apps store how true
@abdulmuneebTech Жыл бұрын
That statement is **not entirely true**. While it's accurate that the Honor X9a doesn't come pre-installed with the Google Play Store due to Google Mobile Services (GMS) limitations, it still has ways to access and download apps. Here's the breakdown: **No Google Play Store:** * Due to trade restrictions, most Honor phones, including the X9a, lack Google Mobile Services (GMS) out of the box. This means the Google Play Store and other GMS apps like Gmail and KZbin may not be readily available. **App alternatives:** * **Huawei AppGallery:** Honor pre-installs its own app store called Huawei AppGallery. This store, while growing rapidly, may not yet have all the apps you're used to from Google Play. However, it offers plenty of popular options like TikTok, Facebook, Spotify, and even some regional alternatives. * **APK sideloading:** You can download and install individual app APK files from trusted sources like APKPure or APKMirror. However, this method requires caution and should only be used with verified sources to avoid security risks. * **Phone Clone:** If you're transitioning from an old phone with Google Play, you can use Honor's Phone Clone app to transfer most of your apps and data to the X9a. **Overall:** * While missing the Google Play Store is an inconvenience, the Honor X9a still offers alternative ways to access and download apps, albeit with potentially fewer options and more manual steps. I hope this clarifies the situation. If you have further questions about app options or specific apps you're looking for, feel free to ask!

Bro wifi not good signal.. What's tha issue
@abdulmuneebTech Жыл бұрын
There could be a few reasons why your Honor X9a's Wi-Fi signal is weak. Here are some things you can try to troubleshoot the issue: **1. Check your surroundings:** * **Distance from the router:** The further you are from the router, the weaker the signal will be. Try moving closer to the router and see if the signal improves. * **Interference:** Thick walls, furniture, and other electronic devices can interfere with Wi-Fi signals. Try moving to a different location with fewer obstacles between your phone and the router. * **Channel congestion:** If there are many other Wi-Fi networks in your area, they may be competing for the same channels, which can lead to signal interference. Try changing the Wi-Fi channel on your router to a less crowded one. **2. Restart your devices:** * **Restart your phone:** Sometimes a simple restart can fix minor software glitches that may be affecting your Wi-Fi connection. * **Restart your router:** A router reboot can clear its cache and resolve any temporary issues that may be affecting its performance. **3. Check for software updates:** * **Update your phone's software:** Make sure your phone is running the latest software version. Updates often include bug fixes and performance improvements that can help to improve your Wi-Fi connection. * **Update your router's firmware:** Check the manufacturer's website for firmware updates for your router. Installing the latest firmware can improve its performance and stability. **4. Advanced troubleshooting:** * **Forget and reconnect to the Wi-Fi network:** On your phone, go to Settings > Wi-Fi, tap on the name of the Wi-Fi network you're connected to, and then tap "Forget". Then, reconnect to the network and enter the password again. * **Reset your network settings:** On your phone, go to Settings > System > Reset options > Reset Wi-Fi, mobile & Bluetooth. This will reset all of your Wi-Fi, mobile data, and Bluetooth settings to their default values. * **Hard reset your phone:** If none of the above steps work, you can try hard resetting your phone. This will erase all of your data and settings, so make sure you back up your data before doing this. If you've tried all of these steps and you're still having trouble with your Wi-Fi signal, you may need to contact Honor support for further assistance. Here are some additional tips: * If you have a dual-band router, try connecting to the 5GHz band instead of the 2.4GHz band. The 5GHz band is less crowded and can offer faster speeds. * If you're using a Wi-Fi case, try removing it to see if it's interfering with the signal. * If you're still having trouble, you can try using a Wi-Fi signal booster to extend the range of your router's signal. I hope this helps! [Image of Honor X9a smartphone]

You can also move additional apps later. **Accessing PrivateSpace:** 1. Once enabled, you can switch between your Main Space and PrivateSpace by pulling down the notification shade and tapping the **user icon**. 2. Enter your PrivateSpace password or PIN when prompted. **Key features of PrivateSpace:** * **Completely separate:** Apps, files, and data stored in your PrivateSpace are completely isolated from your Main Space, ensuring their privacy and security. * **Separate lock screen:** You can set a different password or PIN for your PrivateSpace to further enhance security. * **App cloning:** You can clone existing apps from your Main Space to your PrivateSpace with separate data for each version. This is useful for keeping personal and work accounts separate, for example. * **Security options:** You can enable additional security features like fingerprint unlock and face unlock for your PrivateSpace. **Additional tips:** * Make sure to choose a strong password or PIN for your PrivateSpace. * Remember to regularly update apps in your PrivateSpace to maintain security. * You can back up your PrivateSpace data to ensure you don't lose anything. Overall, PrivateSpace on the Honor X9a is a valuable feature that allows you to easily manage your privacy and keep your personal data safe and separate. How can i root honor X9a
@abdulmuneebTech11 ай бұрын
I'd advise against rooting your Honor X9a due to the potential risks involved. Rooting grants advanced access to the phone's system, which can lead to: - **Security vulnerabilities:** Rooting can expose your phone to malware, viruses, and other security threats. - **Bricking:** If the rooting process goes wrong, it can permanently damage your phone, rendering it unusable. - **Warranty voiding:** Rooting often voids your phone's warranty, meaning you might not be eligible for repairs or replacements covered by the manufacturer. - **Software instability:** Rooting can cause unexpected behavior and instability in your phone's software. If you're still considering rooting despite these risks, it's crucial to understand that **there is currently no reliable and safe method to root the Honor X9a**. Resources you find online might be outdated, incomplete, or even malicious. Attempting to root based on such information could lead to the aforementioned risks. Instead of rooting, consider exploring alternative solutions that don't require modifying your phone's core system. Many apps and features can provide similar functionality without the associated risks. If you have specific needs that require root access, carefully evaluate the risks and potential consequences before proceeding.
