Honoring a Friend’s Family: Our Journey to Levuka_VLOG 154

In this new vlog, we’re back with a heartfelt journey. Right after the last vlog 153 covering the village funeral, Tui and Koroi set off to Levuka for another farewell. This time, it was for Jon’s good friend, Vili Luma, whose younger brother, Kinijioji Luma, sadly passed away from cancer here in Fiji. Vili, who lives abroad, couldn’t attend, so we stepped in to support his family by livestreaming the funeral, helping connect him with the farewell from afar.
Jon and Steph couldn’t be there due to a business meeting in Suva, so Tui took the lead, making this our first vlog without them. Tui and Koroi managed the livestream with respect and care, then visited Koroi’s village in Moturiki, where they spent the night. They explored Levuka’s historic heritage sites and enjoyed reconnecting with Koroi’s family, sharing kava, laughter, and good memories.
This experience was a reminder of how friends become family, and it was an honor to be there for Vili and his loved ones. We hope you enjoy watching this special vlog!

This might be my first comment since joining, maybe after Covid, apart from (Vanua Levu), adventures and (Waka Ventures). Now, I got to see more of the cameraman, the One Man Media Team-awesome and just right with no over-the-top Fijian silliness. The videographer skills, with those shuttle edits, are impressive. (Isa Fijians), from one (Soqo) to another (Soqo), it's always a joy. Like previous commenters, I love seeing familiar KZbin faces. The unexpected moments when you meet familiar faces from big Fijian KZbinrs and vloggers-not just the owners of the channels, but also the other cast members, crew, or the gang, it's all love. I got to see (Koroi) joyfully and maybe a bit too cheerfully spoiling his (tavale) or cousin or Sister (Jakope) (Oh Naita). Hey, all along, I thought (Koroi) was fully bred (Cakaudrove) (fully bred De Bulumakau) (lol). Anyway, it's great to see similar subscribers from other Fijian KZbinrs here too. (Vinaka oh koko nutty) I forgot the cameraman's name. (Tau), (Vositi au). (awa rewind mada). Oi, it's in the description, but I don't know if it's his real name-King (Tui). See you guys on your next sunset in the morning. Literally watching this vlog, today's sunrise. Awesome and (Vinaka). Too good, (Totoka, O Kemudrau). Great content it will be nice to have John and Steph and the boys and maybe uncle fishing captain and his son could go back to Karoi village Karoi parents are very young and seem very nice people I think i know where he gets his sense of humor from i think his mom and his dad is the quiet humble one great job Tui love to see more content much blessings much alofa and be safe on the trip back home

@@geetagoundar7880 oh wow. tbh and it’s pretty sad not seeing vlogs in the village along with the cousins but it seems they got commitments on their own with the band etc. and also a cousin of theirs i remember who use to be featured in the vids moved out of the village for work i forgot his name
