There isn't much in hok about Halloween skins, and a few years ago hok took some flak & accusations of pandering to foreigners because of that. HOK has so much influence in China that there will be people trying to get HOK in trouble where people can't see it, so the last few years have basically been a series of skins for traditional Chinese holidays.
