If there are a few things that Julia Child(RIP) really enjoyed other than French-American Cuisine, it’s that she was always about Simplicity, Tradition, & Elegance. Overall, I definitely would’ve done what Mei did, because it was Classic & Simple, yet Refined & Elegant.
