the use of the weapons should came from Kukishin ryu (like in takagi yoshin ryu): taijutsu (hontai youshin or takagi yoshin ryu)+ bukijutu (weapons from kukishin ryu)

This Is correct, the use of BO came from Kukishin ryu which was been included in Hontai Yoshin ryu since the 4th soke descent. At that time Takagi ryu and Hontai Yoshin ryu was the same school and its official name was Hontai Takagi Yoshin Ryu. We split in two branch of the same root during the guidance of the 17th soke - Minaki Saburo Masanori. You can read more accurate details here: hontaiyoshinryu.it/storia-hontai-yoshin-ryu/ ... it is in Italian language but you can find your way trough with google translate. (or you can read the little story on hontaiyoshinryu.com in English, but on that site, there is no details on the reason why we split in two branches).
