Wala silang pakialam kung saan galing yung pera at kung nag invest ng Bilyon yung Singporean dito sa Commercial Properties, the fact na legal silang nag invest dito, nagbabayad sila milyones sa tax sa gobyerno at nasunod sila batas. Madaming foreing investor na taga America na may mga kaso pero investor pag dating dito sa Pililipas. Bakit inaakusahan nila ng money laundering na wala palang ebidensya sa Baoufu Compount ltd.? Yung Baofou wala duling pakialam sa bussiness nga taga upa nilang ZhanYun Tech. Wala silang paki kung anong bussiness nila at anong patakbo doon, ang sa Baofu pagbabayad ng renta.

When it all comes down to it, even if she pleads ignorance and she is merely a scapegoat used by money laundering tycoons, she can't excuse herself from a) falsifying documents, b) perjury in a senate hearing, c) tax evasion, d) criminal negligence in her management of her business practices prior to her divestment and e) abuse of political power vested upon her by the constitutents of her town. Those charges alone, not including money laundering and potential ties to chinese intelligence which would lead to charges of high treason are enough to retain her for further investigation, put her under house arrest and freeze any finances under her and her family name. That should be the prime priority, considering her father has already fled the country.

Only in the Philippines! What's the point of having a lengthy Senate hearing? Alice Guo certainly did not act on her own. To run for public office when citizenship is doubtful lays proof to other people/agency being involved. Even if her mother were a genuine Filipino, her father is still a Chinese national. I may be wrong but I know that the Philippines follows the principle of JUS SANGUINI, not JUS SOLI, meaning citizenship of children depends on the citizenship of the father, regardless of whether the child is born in the Philippines. If jus sanguini is still applicable, then she is not Filipino citizen, unless she is naturalised. I can say that Alice Guo is very calm, cool, and collected, which is a trait of a very well trained intelligence agent. I am not making any accusations, but shouldn't the Philippine's intteligence agency/ies be involved?
