PA you can open carry without any permit as long as you are 18 & a PA resident. You do need a permit for concealed carry. Also, PA does favor self defense. I’m in Maryland, I have a PA non-resident conceal carry permit, along with my Maryland CCW. PA does have “stand your ground”.. now my lovely state of Maryland does not.. meaning you will be treated worse than the criminal you defended yourself against. This guy does not know what he is talking about.
