I think the AI holidaying manager would only change the tactics if you have set up a match plan. I.e. IF a man is sent off, change this or change that Personally I never use those match plans...

This is a really good test but what you can't see is what the your assistant manager might tell you in game....like it seems that man city have gone more attacking....it seems that the opposition are looking to play narrower... they are playing more direct ...all those things i see all the time were absent....but you would expect that...after all you told the Asst manager to use the tactic you set up...he's unlikely then to change it in game...but you also told him to use the current team...why then would he make changes to that and rotate personnel....this is really interesting...thank you

You seem to be using a different version of swansalona. Donwloaded one has WB support and IW at on the right as well as a bbm instead of mez

@@HoodGamingUK thanks for the reply…. I have never checked this myself so it’s good to know, but will say they should if their preferred formation is different…. I think fm is far too easy and they need to find a way of making it more difficult somehow

I mean there are ways that you can do things. Such as removing attributes etc

@@HoodGamingUK that’s true but then on player level age there is a seriously large waste of space as you won’t need the attribute names…but still if you watch all RTG now it’s way too easy to get to the top and basically complete your end goal still

Have you done a sim without the tactic and preferred team line up ticked? It might let the assistant manager AI change things up.

But that's the whole point. The argument was, that even when you told the AI to play your tactic, the Ass Man would make changes. This is what Steve was hoping to disprove. Which I think he did.

@TheGibShow to me it looks like the Ass man has been told to use the preferred formation and line up, what happens if you give the Assisant full control by unticking the boxes on the holiday screen? Or is this what's happened in this video?

@@Sharpy1712 You are not understanding the point of this test mate. Of course if you don't tick anything, the AM changes everything. People were suggesting that when you go on a Holiday test and tell the AM to use *your* tactic, that the AM was changing things during the sim

What I have found interesting is I tested a tactic with the same team in 5 different new saves and got different results wasn't all the same which I found crazy

Yesh most tactics doesn't work when u actually use them not go on holiday lol Because u need to make multiple changes mid game and react to what changes the other team done and tweak to be able to use the other team weaknesses thats why most tactics don't work so understanding how to use tactics is better than just copying them
