I use to do screen printing and you have to heat the paint up so that it bonds with the fibers of the clothing, my guess, yeah, this would come up easily.

Paint may absorb through the sweat shirt onto the skin. The strong smell has to be breathtaking. I'd have to do this outside with it laying flat on a surface. Very creative though.
