Can you tell us more about the fruiting block substrate? What's in it? We would love to understand the vegan mix.

My interest peaked tenfold at the mention of vegan substrate. I've been growing on coir but was curious about more nutritious substrates not made from animals. Where can i grab this?

Do you have any bag suggestions that are a good mix of substrate and grain that are already pressure cooked?

So we dont have to spray it? The instructions that came with mine said 2-3 times a day... i feel thats way to much..... also is it normal for moisture in the bag after break and shake...?

depends on the amount and type of substrate you use. there are some good graphs online for substrate sterilization times

He's giving you completely free information and you're complaining like an entitled whiny child. Don't be intellectually lazy-- try learning why and how something works instead of just demanding something now now now now now.
