I love cooking the racks. Even when I get sick of them what I do is scrape the raw meat off with a fork and I can usually get one nice “hamburger” patty out of the bone meat. Sear it both sides. So good.

I think another reason racks are so good is they obviously accept seasoning so well. But I do agree with the bone theory as well. Somethin comes out of the bones into the meat for sure.

Hey man I love to spear it’s like a huge passion but I’m so scared of sharks. You got any advice? I don’t wanna let the fear hold me back from doing something I’m passionate about but sheesh sharks terrify me. Lol.

That's great to hear you're so passionate and wow my channel is perfect for you then. Just keep watching a lot of the videos that have the Sharks I give a lot of insight on how to deal with them. I'm never encountered it where the shark was just fully interested in me it was mostly associated with a fish and the way to combat it is to have good buddy divers and get the fish to you and to the surface as soon as possible. Once that happens the Sharks usually Veer away and don't show you any interest. Other than that most likely when you're down sharks have no interest in you if your movements are smooth and non flailing
