Yeah what was done to him by the evil villain Captain James Hook in the film was indeed sad its something villains are known and infamous for when they commit evil crimes that in the end justify why they deserve to die and get death for the sins they become guilty of whether they be what this fictional villain did or the villains who are real in life.

This movie wasn't really on my radar since I was a kid, but you've inspired me to rewatch it now as an adult. I'm sure I'll get something completely new from it now as an adult.

The old guy who lost his marbles is actually Tootles, on of the lost boys in the original story.

Yeah that was definitely something I appreciated too, I just didn't want to die I have too much deep into that character because I was trying to make sure this video was as short and concise as possible, but I definitely loved that nod to the character

@@ThatGuyRJChannel Well since I'm rubbing it in, I also saw the 1989 theatrical re-release of the 1953 Disney film. Although I don't remember much about that version.

@ThatGuyRJChannel That's one of the MANY reasons why I really don't have a whole lot of respect for movie critics. 😮

Dustin Hoffman was also the voice of the airplane captain who came on the intercom! (Did Hook escape down like Smee to do some reconnaissance, apparently as a pilot?)

The only thing this film is lacking is Tribal Indians with a full-grown Tiger Lily portrayed by Cher.

Then how come spielberg has spoken negatively of the film and considers it one of his lesser efforts. fact is its a good film with some major flaws
