Veljko Milković, an academic and inventor from Novi Sad, has done something great that has not been done by any Serbian inventor before. Hooks law for coiled spring in a barrel torsion spring in clocks so we run a dynamo by it and use hydraulic machine to winding up spring so we got 500000 kg system only with human power Its will provide electricity which can cook food without any biomass burning ?
